Happy Tuesday friends!! I hope you all had a lovely long weekend. B and I were hard at work this weekend working on packing up lots more boxes to get ready for the BIG MOVE! Can y’all believe that we are only 37 days away from our settlement date??!! Say WHAT?? It’s getting crazy over here at the Dragun household as we prepare to move. Any packing/moving tips are much appreciated!! When we visited the house this weekend, the floors and countertops were in!! So in love with the colors. I was super nervous bc when you pick out all the stuff at the design studio, you only get to look at a teeny tiny little sample piece. That makes it hella hard to picture what an entire first floor will look like covered in that color. Thank god it all looked beautiful and we are so happy with our choice. We also headed down to the Xfinity love for the Winterfest Beer festival on Saturday. It was so much fun! They had over 150 beers and tons of music, karaoke and food!! It was a great time, and we luckily made it home during that crazy snow storm that came in like a lion on Saturday night. It was a crazy drive, but since B is such a stellar snow driver, I wasn’t too scared. Last, but certainly not least, yesterday, I got my eyebrows microbladed!! A fully behind the scenes blog post will be coming soon and I can’t wait to share it with you all!! It was an amazing experience and I’m now the proud owner of new brows #browsonfleek.

Spring Transition Staple: The Cardigan
Today, I thought I’d share one of my favorite spring transition pieces, the cardigan!! I can’t get enough of cardis. They are such a versatile piece….can be worn a million ways….be dressed up or down….AND there are so many lengths/styles/colors to choose from! Plus, they are such a great layering piece for when the weather is at that stage where it can’t decide if it wants to be cold or hot!! In the pictures featured, I am wearing one of my all-time favorite cardigan purchases! The cardigan is the Halogen linen blend cardigan. Although my exact color was part of the winter colors and now sold out, Nordstrom has released a bunch of new super cute colors in the same style. I’m crushing on the nautical blue and white stripe one! You can also see that same cardigan styled in a previous blog post here and here. Click the tiles to shop my fave cardigans below.
What to Wear Under a Cardigan
As I stated above, cardis are just so dang versatile bc they can be worn so many ways! One of my favorite ways to change the style of a cardi is to change the piece you wear under it. For example: If I want to wear my cardi for a casual day of errands, I’ll pair it with a simple white tee or tank and then rock some running shoes or slip on sneaks. If I want to dress it up, I’ll pair it with a flirty cami and some heeled sandals or espadrilles. With cardis, the possibilities are endless! Below, I’ve rounded up some of my fave pieces to wear under your cardi….camisole, layering tanks, tees, and even a few of the trendier pieces, the bodysuit. Click the tiles to shop.
