Happy Friday everyone!! I’m so pumped that the weekend is here again. We just made it the first day of fall yesterday and I’m getting pumped for so many fun festivities in the future. Just last week, B and i set out to one of our favorite suburban areas of Philadelphia…King of Prussia. If you have never heard of this town…y’all need to get with it!! Lol, jk. But seriously though, it’s a town you don’t want to miss. Read on to why I love this town and what you must do when you visit KOP. First, let me just drop ya a little outfit info. OMG, this top. I sincerely hope that the sheer comfiness of this is translating through the screen. I wish you could feel how soft the fabric!! The top can be worn on or off shoulder and comes in the three colors. If you want a less roomy feel, I suggest sizing down. The best part is that it’s under 50 bucks….so hurry and shop!! Don’t let this adorable peplum number slip through your hands!!

Things to Do in King of Prussia

Conshohocken Brew Pub:  Just a tad outside of KOP, in Bridgeport…this place is a must stop for the beer lover. Housed in a two story industrial type atmosphere, you can sip all sorts of amazing craft beers brewed right on the premise. If you are down for some eats, try the brussels and the chili!! Both so tasty. During the warmer months, the far end of the parking lot houses a super chill beer garden that overlooks the river. Enjoy a cold brew, order food from the food truck and play some outdoor games. It’s a great time for all!

King of Prussia Mall Hello, best shopping Mall in the country!! Well, at least in my opinion! If you have never been to this mall, y’all are missing out. It literally and I mean literally has EVERY.SINGLE.STORE. YOU can imagine. It’s the bomb.com….from the best department stores to fun little boutiques, KOP Mall has got you covered. And don’t even get me started on all the food in and around mall. Heck, you could just eat your way through the mall if you really wanted to!!

Valley Forge ParkThis place is just darn gorgeous! It boasts rolling hills, tons of greenery and bike and walking trails. Plus, if you are a history buff….you’ll be in heaven. You can go on a tour to see how The Battle of Valley Forge went down and see some buildings and reenactments from that time period. Many people come to visit…so get there early!! It’s a gorgeous place to bring along a picnic and check out the scenery.

iFlySkydiving inside??? Sign me up!! B and i are dying to try this. This fun place is located in the KOP mall parking lot and has all different types of pricing and packages. We have friends who have done it and they said it was a blast for the whole family. Perfect for the adventure seeker types!

Restaurants

But seriously though, I could do a whole post just about where to chow down in KOP!! There are so many darn fabulous ones to choose from. I listed my top five below and linked to each of their sites so y’all can view all the deliciousness!! PS: KOP is always expanding, so new restaurants are always being added.

Grand Lux Cafe

What I love about it: Super cool two story restaurant with beautiful decor and an extensive menu, overlooks the mall and it attached to it

Shake Shack

What I love about it: Delicious shakes? Check! Delicious burgers? Check! Need I say more??? One location in KOP mall parking lot and one inside the mall. You can stop at both. Shhhhhh! I won’t tell anyone!!!

The YardHouse

What I love about it: We first tried this place in Hawaii. We wanted to watch the Eagles and wear our jerseys in Hawaii on our honeymoon. (I know, we’re nerds) This place has nine zillion beers and ciders on tap….for real, like 9 zillion. Tons of different pub type foods and very chill atmosphere, plus you can watch your favorite team play!

Davio’s

What I love about it: The original location is downtown but they have now opened a sister location up in KOP. Super yum Italian food. Try EVERY kind of spring roll on the menu and the tomato soup with goat cheese and crostini…you can thank me later.

Other FUN restaurants:

Paladar Latin Kitchen // City Works // True Food Kitchen // Mistral
